John M. Dubuc focuses his practice on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, replevin, collection, real property law, personal property law, and all related litigation. John received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of New York. John is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Upstate Creditors’ Association of New York, and the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association, and has been a guest speaker at the New York Credit Union Association Collections and Bankruptcies conferences. He is an active member of the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Parent Teacher Association and the Sportsmen’s Club of Clifton Park.
