Martin A. Mooney, Esq.


Martin A. Mooney assists in the supervision of the firm’s bankruptcy department, and its representation of local, regional and national lenders in bankruptcies throughout the Northeast.  He graduated from Siena College in 1986, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Union University – Albany Law School in 1989.  He is admitted to practice in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of Massachusetts, the District of Vermont, the District of Connecticut, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  Named by his peers to the Upstate New York Super Lawyers every year since 2012, Martin is a member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association.  He is also active with the Colonie Elks, St. Clare’s Parish, and the American Red Cross.
